The Mission of The Mayor’s Christmas Tree Fund.

For 130 years, our great city has been helping to lift our less fortunate neighbors up from disparity. Together, we have provided food, daily essentials and small gifts to those who would otherwise spend the holiday season alone, hungry and hopeless.

In fact, the Christmas tree itself is the perfect example of why we do what we do.

The broad base of the tree helps to lift the branches to great heights. The lights wrap everything in warmth. The ornaments reflect the true spirit of the season. And the star at the top is brighter, bigger and better because of the support from the tree’s base and outreaching branches.

The gifts your donation helps us provide aren’t extravagant, but they are essential. They are items that many of us are thankful we can take for granted, but that are sorely needed by others. Food. Warm clothing. Blankets. A toothbrush. A child’s toy.
